Everything was really good, AMIABLE staff, magnificent location near a park and an alley up the street and metro stations. The king room was huge with the bathtub and a full kitchen plus jacuzzi. A hair dryer, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets were a plus.

Very friendly and helpful staff. E.G. the receptionist printed out a map and showed the way to the business meeting venue before my request. Very close to the heart of the city.
The steep stairs (with heavy bags) up to the room.

The owner is very friendly. We were treated as family, really felt at home. Nice breakfirst. Will stay here again next time we visit Brussels. Very central.
The area a bit spooky. World not go alone when it is dark.

The staff was very kind, specially Ludmilla. Excelent breakfast. The room was great.
The area is not very safe, although it is near the centre. There is no lift.

I had booked a double room with spa pool. But they provided a double room with shower. And yet, they charged high rate for the room with spa pool ! In addition, shower room and toilet was absolutely terrible. Shower room was just like a fishbowl and toilet was a Porrtaloo with a capital !! I will never come back to this B&B and never recommend it anyone.
